These Bring-a-Friend Campaign Terms ("Campaign Terms") govern participation in Nuvinoo's referral campaign. By sharing or using a referral link or referral code, you agree to these Campaign Terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to participate. Participation is void where prohibited by law.
Nuvinoo may require verification of identity, account status, and referral activity before granting any reward.
2. Reward Eligibility
A referrer becomes eligible for an early-supporter reward when all of the following are true:
- The referrer has referred at least 3 different people using a valid referral link or code.
- Each referred person joins Nuvinoo as a paying member.
- The referrer is also an active paying member at the time reward eligibility is reviewed.
"Paying member" means a customer in good standing with Nuvinoo, excluding trial-only access, refunded charges, chargebacks, or delinquent accounts.
The form, value, and scope of the early-supporter reward will be determined and announced by Nuvinoo, at Nuvinoo's sole discretion, at or before launch. The reward may include, without limitation, subscription credit, hardware discounts or inclusions, extended access, service bundles, or other benefits, and may be structured differently across regions or launch phases. No specific reward amount, duration, or format is promised or guaranteed by participation in this campaign.
3. How Referrals Are Counted
- Referrals must be new users who have not previously held a Nuvinoo paid subscription.
- Each referred friend must be a unique individual with a unique payment method.
- Self-referrals and referrals within the same household may be disqualified at Nuvinoo's discretion.
- Nuvinoo determines attribution based on internal tracking records and may reject referrals that cannot be reliably verified.
4. Abuse and Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in spam, deceptive promotion, or fraud, including:
- Creating fake accounts or identity misrepresentation.
- Posting referral links in ways that violate platform rules or applicable law.
- Automated, bot-based, or scripted referral generation.
- Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or circumvent campaign tracking.
Nuvinoo may suspend, void, or reverse any reward if we reasonably believe abuse or policy violations occurred.
5. Reward Granting and Limits
Rewards are granted only after final review and are not guaranteed until explicitly confirmed by Nuvinoo. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash.
Unless otherwise stated by Nuvinoo, one early-supporter reward is available per eligible referrer account.
6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
Nuvinoo may change, pause, replace, or end this campaign and these Campaign Terms at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
This includes changes to qualification criteria, reward type, reward value, timing of grant, and campaign availability by country, account type, or launch phase.
7. Interpretation and Final Decisions
Nuvinoo has the sole and final right to interpret these Campaign Terms, determine referral validity, determine eligibility, and resolve disputes or inconsistencies in tracking or attribution.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvinoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from this campaign, including loss of expected rewards, revenue, goodwill, or data.
